I just placed an order. When will it be shipped?

I want to return my order. Can I return it if there's an issue?
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it without providing any reason. Once you’ve canceled, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. Upon receiving the returned product, we’ll issue a full refund, including the original shipping costs. However, the return shipping cost from your location to our webshop will be your responsibility.
To ensure a successful return, please make sure that the product and all related items (such as accessories, free gifts, and samples) are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Contact us to initiate the return process. Once we’ve received the returned items in good condition, we will process the refund within 14 days.
Exclusions from the Return Policy:
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sealed products with a broken seal.
- Custom-made items tailored to your specifications.
- Items of a clearly personal nature.
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

I entered an incorrect address. What should I do?
If you made a mistake or auto-filled an incorrect address, please respond to your order confirmation email with the correct address or notify us at info@beauty-ne.com within 24 hours. We can correct the address if notified in this timeframe. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect addresses reported after 24 hours.
